    No, there are no commitments or contracts with your Campus membership. You can easily cancel your membership at anytime from within your account.

  • How can I change or update my membership?

    You can easily update or change your Campus membership at anytime by logging into your account, selecting 'My Account' from the dropdown menu and then select 'Billing.'

  • Who are the course instructors?

    Our course instructors are subject matter experts with a passion to share their knowledge with the world. Instructors are selected for their ability to make even the most difficult topic accessible and easy to understand.

    These aren’t stuffy professors - our courses are designed to be put into action right away and the teaching approach our instructors use reflect this focus

  • Is there a physical classroom component to ClydeBank Campus courses?

    Our courses are designed with a hands on learning mindset but there are no physical classroom or in person aspects to our learning curricula.

    All of the courses in the Clydebank Media Campus are entirely online and web-based. You can learn at your own pace in our self-paced ClydeBank Media Campus.

  • What makes the ClydeBank Campus different from other educational products?

    The courses in the ClydeBank Media Campus are designed specifically for beginners by talented professionals who are committed to your success but we don’t stop there. Included with your membership is access to our monthly group coaching calls with your course instructor. These live calls are an opportunity for members to go beyond the course material and interact with the instructor in what we believe is the most productive digital learning setting possible.

    Additionally, each course module is supported by extensive supplemental learning resources that reinforce course content and aid in comprehension. Discussion forums, an exclusive Facebook group for Campus members, and other resources support the ongoing success of our students.

    Our courses are built to all but guarantee learning success because when you’re successful, we’re successful.

  • Is my information safe with your company?

    Yes, your information is 100% safe and secure. ClydeBank Media LLC uses industry standard, state-of-the-art data security and data processing tools to protect personal information. We do not share, sell, or distribute your information to third parties.

  • What devices can I use to access the courses in the ClydeBank Campus?

    You can use nearly any device to access course content - desktop, laptop, mobile or tablet. Each lesson is optimized to look great on your devices, though a reliable high speed connection is recommended for the best experience.

  • What if I get stuck on a topic while taking a course? How can I receive help?

    As part of your ClydeBank Media Campus membership you'll receive access to live monthly group coaching calls with your course instructor.

    During these coaching calls feel free to ask your instructor whatever you'd like about the course topic including questions you might have about lesson-specific content

    You will also have access to discussion forums for each lesson and a private Facebook group to get more immediate support on your questions, or you can always reach out to us directly at support@clydebankmedia.com. We want there to be no reason at all that you are unable to complete and fully implement course materials.

  • How long does it take to complete the courses in the Campus?

    Between course modules, supplemental resources, live monthly coaching calls, a growing archive of past coaching calls, discussion forum subjects, and more there is a lot of content and the number of hours of material is always growing.

    Course material is designed to be consumed in a self-paced manner, which means you can spend as much or as little time on each section as you feel necessary and revsit any portions as needed.
